Integrated Dermatology & Health Center, IN. (2006)
Cosmetic Dermatologist and his wife, managing partner of the business, a dynamic couple shared the same vision of an integrated destination, wellness and community center. We enjoyed a wonderful creative process, with bank and building department support, but unfortunately health issues changed priorities for the owners.
Vision: Freestanding 3 story new construction on 6 1/2 acre site. Main floor cosmetic dermatology practice full service men and women’s spa, food & juice bar, visual merchandising feature area, 3rd floor executive offices and staff area, garden level complimentary businesses i.e. Pilates, child care, nutritional supplements, chocolatier, community gardens, farmers market, etc.
