Added 2,500 sq ft. medical spa services to existing practice

Our client's vision: Expanding his dermatology practice to add aesthetics, injectables and makeup services. The opportunity arose to buy the building and add med-spa services to the physician’s medical practice.

Challenges: We added a wing to the building with a separate entrance for aesthetics. To bring new flow and synergy to the physician’s dermatology practice, we Included a retail boutique that can be accessed from either side of the practice. We improved the client-patient experience, taking advantage of natural light.
