This prominent Ohio plastic surgeon had already developed a med spa, and engaged IDC to create a more complete concept, integrating nutrition, wellness and fitness for men and women.
Features: Integrating surgery and health, this proposed center included minor and major OR, medical esthetics and spa, personal training, Pilates, yoga, men’s grooming, women’s finishing area, juice bar and organic food service, golf simulator
Outcome: Redesigned building with many mechanical issues; fixing the infrastructure proved to be cost-prohibitive
